Our journey began in 2021, emerging from the shadows of the pandemic when a group of passionate youth leaders convened during the inaugural Mongolian conference. It all started in a dining hall, where pastors and a dedicated group young of leaders from Mongolian churches across the U.S. gathered. After a prolonged period of isolation, the joy of reconnecting was palpable, and the meeting served as a vital source of encouragement for those of us in ministry.

Inspired by our discussions, we recognized the need to create a supportive community for young Mongolian leaders—one that fosters connection, mutual learning, and encouragement. Our initial research revealed a significant demand for youth and young adult ministries within Mongolian churches.

Thus, we established this group to empower young leaders and cultivate vibrant youth and young adult ministries across all Mongolian churches in the U.S. Our mission is rooted in preserving the rich heritage and values of being a Mongolian Christian in America. Together, we strive to uplift and nurture the next generation of leaders, ensuring that our cultural and spiritual roots remain strong and vibrant.
